The prize for the longest and most original name must go to "The Institute on Problems of North National Minorities of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences." Its director is a Yakut ethnologist named Vasily Robbeck; he deals with the social problems facing native peoples in the north, where we're headed next.
